Final Details of The Clone Emperor's Regalia
These final costume sketches were made to help me realize The Clone Emperor's cloak and rebato. I made the patterns for this outfit from scratch. Even today I am surprised at how well the piecs went together.

I left the finished cloak armless, so as to show off the marvelous fabric of the inner kimono sleeves. I weighted the trail of the cloak with strips of Buckram--the same fabric stiffener used in the collar. The resulting flow in the cloak proved to be everything a dark lord could wish for.
