Durge Thigh Armour, Shikoro, and a Scar to keep it all in perspective
The last majour components of this armoured suit were the thighs. The thighs were formed using poly-rigid foam core--material left over from Xizor's shoulder armour. I added clay to the black foam core form to refine the detail of the thigh geometry, and proceeded to make a fibre glass copy.
The Shikoro, or amoured hanging on the back of the helmet, was inspired by Japanese Samurai armour.
To me, bare-chested DURGE stands ready to raise his gladius on high and march into the arena of the Circus Maximus.
