Durge; Maintenance
After every event, the Durge armour requires some degree of maintenance. Gen Con 2006 hit the big guy kinda hard, knocking off a knee gear, causing great wear on the misaligned knee cap. While the upgraded gloves held together well, the velcro holding the hand-back-plates failed. Then the tension spring that keeps the massive pauldrons in place flew off. (I was able to repair that in field by taking the wiring out of my helmet to redraw the spring through the tubing under the chest piece.)
It is all trial and error.
