One measure of the effectiveness of a costume is how the final vision completely and effortlessly hides the process and labour used in the creation of the outfit. This garment is known as "the Rainbow dress" as worn by Padmé in Star Wars; Attack of the Clones. The neck piece here is stained glass, the fabric is hand dyed. On the Internet, there are costume forums with hundreds of pages dedicated solely to the experience of making this very dress. Dress fabricated by Kelli of Dathomir Designs, modeled delicately by Shannon aka Jedi Chic.
