Author Timothy Zahn is arguably the single most influential component in the Star Wars Expanded Universe. His vivid, intelligent stories and full development of new and existing Star Wars characters set the ground work for many respectable additions to the Star Wars Saga to come. The way I see it, Timothy deserves highest recognition for his work, and yet he is the first to credit others for their achievements. A wonderful example of a true artist. In recognition of his generosity and genius--what can I say, I respect the fellow--I presented him with the patch I designed for The Flagship Eclipse, the forum of The 501st Star Wars Expanded Universe Detachment.
