new Skin

Airbrush artist Vince Newkirk generously opened his studio to me and shared his craft with me. Over the course of four hours Vince taught me proper airbrush maintenance, cleaning, and handling. I used the skills learned to airbrush, rather than paint on, Xizor's skin details on my new mask. The result was a pleasing, rich, deep, and smooth colouration. With the airbrush I found I could control the finish of the mask's skin, going from the porous neck texture to the glossy scales on the back.
