In July of 2000, after a harried night long drive from Hamburg,Germany, Alexandra and I found ourselves in Orgenoy, a small rural town just outside of Paris, France. My Sister, Cynthia , endured the trip with us. We had come to participate in Art et Absence D'Habits, the final performance festival in a series conceived by the French artist Le Peintre Nato. In the portrait above Alexandra and I become the blue men from my journals in the gallery's makeshift dressing quarters.
