The censor bars are not part of the original art. I loathe the censorship of an individual's statement. But, I am unclear on what Internet regulations could do to this site if the art displayed was judged improper.

Having said as much, I do not find this piece obscene. On the contrary, I think it's funny and true to the wonderful nature of the woman who made it. I could always talk to Erica. She had the most refreshingly honest approach to life. I was touched when she created this portrait for the project.
