"This puzzle piece came about after a lot of thought on just who am I? The components that make up this piece are media that I use for various arts and crafts that I do. And they also represent people that are important in my life. Fresh water pearls for my children, triquata for our Irish blood, the pentacle for our religion. The book is for my thirst for knowledge, because there are millions of questions out there to which I desire answers to; as many of them as I can learn before my time on this sweet earth is over. I do love to make quilts, working with bits of fabric to create a useful thing of beauty. A bit of my own hair, twined with the pearls on the wire to symbolize how my life and that of my children are ever twined together. The claw of my dear fourteen year old cat, Nightshade, sweet friend that she is. Because of all these things my life and world is a better place. I am the better to have all these a part of me.
